Tiny bumps on the head of my.....?

Ok, I've got a little problem regarding my ahem.......organ. there are 3 tiny bumps with even tinier black heads on the top. there's is also one extremely vague white bump. they aren't irritating or anything, I'm just worried that they shouldn't be there.Is this normal or should I consult a doctor?
