Bluetooth headset.. Will it work?

I just purchased this bluetooth headset for my friend.. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=BLUETOOTH-HEADSET&cpc=SCH... It looks to me as if it's an older bluetooth headset. It says v 1.1.. Even though it's an older Version 1.1 bluetooth headset. Will it still work on my friends phone? She has a Motorola RAZR and it is bluetooth enabled.
