Gay or Clubs?

Does anyone know where there are some gay/ clubs to go to in the Cradley Heath, West Midlands area, but it must have wheelchair access, i am trying to get my friend out and back on the dating scene, she has been single for 7-8 years and she is vey lonely, i just want her to be happy, i am straight but she is gay, her last girlfriend cheated on her with every , so my friend has stayed single but she is so sad i want to cheer her up.
