Please help me understand my shoulder report from a mri?

4 year ago i dislocation my right shoulder if been giving me a lot of pain i have a mri done.subacroma/trace effusion mean what? also mild hypertrophic degenerative change with subcortical cysts! marrow essentially normal no hill- sachs deformity or lateral humeral head contusion.there is a mild marrow change at the acromioclavicular joint? can someone help me understand this report on my shoulder the pain is awful.
