Does Cin 1 mean I could have cervical cancer?

Im 20 years old, I didnt lose my virginity till 18, had my first pap smear at 19 which showed a low grade abnormality (cin1) the doctor told me to come back for a repeat smear in a years time, when I went for that 3 months ago in november cin1 was still there, now ive got to go for a colposcopy on the 17th of this month, is there any need for me to be worried as I am a natural worrier with aniexty......and always think the worst, cancer...please help put my mind at ease! :)
