About BAH New York and Kentucky?

I enlisted the army from Kentucky. I have a spouse. We don't have any relatives in Kentucky when I go to BCT and so that she has to live alone in Kentucky. But she has her sister in New York. I'd like to know that when I go basic training, can she get the BAH of New York although I enlist the army from Kentucky.
