Does she like me still after all these months?

asked out this lady about 4 months ago and she turned me down on the account she has a bf, It appears that after asking her out she has become even more friendly. We arent close friends and i would just say hi to her on a casual basis, but i saw her again tonight and she saw me from afar and started to wave at me, When i left i ran into her again and she has a big smile on her face and said HELLO......keep in mind r conversations in the last 4 months have been no more then 30 seconds at the longest. Is she just being friendly or is she attracted to me.......i dont normally get this sort of reaction from ladies ive asked out and have turned me down.....mind you she is from Cape Breton Nova Scotia and everybody is friendly their regardless.
