Has anyone used live color xxl 02 chocolate blonde?

Yes I have had a bad experience with live colour xxl. I have medium brown hair and tried to dye it a dark brown but i came out a gingery red colour so I bought a semi permanent loreal dark brown dye which worked for a while but then I went to the hair dressers to get it fixed so it was fine. So I would recommend going to get it sorted by a professional. xx
