Isn't the Democratic Party's implication that Pelosi's statement isn't relevant hypocritical and partisan?

The dems keep changing the subject about Pelosi's allegtions and that's just not going to fly as far as justice goes. It seems that just because she's a knee-jerk democrat and is lock-step with their agenda the DNC is saying, "Oh come on now Republicans, you're just being silly! What she says isn't important. Let's get back to blaming the Bush admin! That's what's really important!" If this were a Republican he/she would be indisputably evil in the eyes of DNC. Sorry. . .LAME!
