I had a bad dream last night that really hurt me emotionally?

It was about this REAL girl I really like and she liked me but we can't be together anymore.. But in the dream she purposely had with another guy in front of me. But the night before I had a good dream about her and me and her were together but the weird thing was at the end of that dream her dad held me at gunpoint but I was like invincible like someone from the matrix haha and I stared him down and then he drove away. Just recently in real life her dad told her shes not allowed to talk to me anymore so she said we have to wait a few weeks before she can start to text me again(or so she says...) I miss her a lot and ugh I cant get her off my mind and we ended everything back in february. So after I woke up I was sad and ANGRY so I immediately started working out to let my tension out. ugh why am i getting these dreams??
