Would it better to get an Asus or Toshiba laptop instead of a Dell or Hp?

I recommend to all my clients either Dell or HP. I have a Dell laptop 5 years old, and a Dell desktop 6 years old and have never had any problems with either one. They both run better now than when they came out of the box. The life of computers depend on how they are taken care of. And also to keep them upgraded.
