What type of cleats are best for playing Ultimate? Should I buy football or soccer cleats?

I just recently started to Ultimate 3 months ago and I love it. And I've been wearing asics running shoes since I'm a sprinter on my high school track team and thats all I got to wear when I play. I also played football for my high school team (WR), but I dont have my football cleats anymore. But I want to improve my game and want to start playing in cleats. So this is why I'm stuck between getting football cleats since I'm use to them but dont really like the way they feel on my feet when I sprint in them. Or soccer cleat which are made for making quick cuts and sprinting on a gr field. Just like the way I play Ultimate. So, football or soccer cleats?
