Move On Or Stick around?

I Need Some Advice. Theres This Guy Who Has Been Sending Me mixed Signals since march. hell start calling me and say how likable i am and how much he has missed talking to me and a bunch of other stuff. and then a few weeks later he'll say i just want to be friends or im not ready for anything right now. hen we'll be friends but then 2 months later he'll call and say how likable i am and all the same stuff. and then he'll back out. and that has happened 5 times since march. but then after he told me he really liked me my friend told me that he was "talking" to this other girl.which really hurt me.so i started getting close with one of my good guy friends. and we ended up dating and then i find out that the two guys are cousins. and the one i was dating turned out to be a jack. and we didnt even do anything. like all we did was hug. anyway. the one guy i really liked is totally pissed off but he keeps flirting with me. and stuff. and one of our friends recently asked him if he likes me and he said no..eff no..she lost her chance she dated my cousin and i dont do that. but i honestly did not know i had a chance. i mean if a guy kept flrting with you then saying he wanted to be just friends. i mean im not a mind reader. how did i know that was a chance. anyway i still like this guy and i know i will always have a thing for him. but what did i do when he starts flirting with me when i get back to school? because i know he will. so any advice on this whole mess?
