Is what im doing for my diet ok?

I may be stupid wrong on this but for all the exercise that you mention, and your age and height, it seems you are not eating enough? What do you mean by sometimes you feel discomfort? If you mean sometimes you feel like your body is low on resources, try eating a around 1000 to 2000 calories and working out as you say you do, yes and eat all of the food pyramid, all daily, it just seems you aught to eat a little more than that for energy, maybe your metabolism is holding onto fat for eating too little... try to double your portions and keep at it... because eating too little does not help either it kills your metabolism, and makes your body more stubborn about burning off fat,
