I'm a teacher .. he's a waiter?

im a 25 year old computer literacy teacher who has had a string of bad relationships. my mom is always saying that after 26 chances of me getting married would be minimum and she always hints that she expects me to marry a guys who has a high paying desk job. recently i met a waiter who's 23 who works at a high cl restaurant, and the chemistry between us is wonderful and so far i have no complaints about him .. but i haven't told my mom as yet because she will think that his job is not up to standard... help!!!!!! what do i do, what do i tell her?
