I am single parent & disabled (waiting 4 heart transplant) & i was looking 4 places that help with istance?

i am looking to c if there are places that help with families only having enough money to pay there rent & utilities but nothing extra, help with any ideas for anything free or cheap or places to help out with disabled going anyplace with there children or teen to have fun, we never get to go anywhere & i hate how it all is cuz i am sick
