Female HIV Symptoms/Seroconversion?

Hi! I have been having a swollen labia and oris following an incident. Burns and hurts a lot. Also cysts appeared on my . my chest and lower stomach has also swelled. I am very scared. Had Elisa done 2 months following negative but I know that antibodies may not show up yet. What are female symptoms? What makes it take longer for someone to seroconvert?
