Does it sound like I could be pregnant? still a little early to take a test!?

This is going to be my second baby, but with my first I wasn't looking for the symptoms as much as I am now lol I am due for my period in 6 days, so it is a bit early to take a test, but I am very excited and need some incite onto whether anyone things I could be pregnant. My symptoms are, slight cramping for a couple days, 2 episodes of very light pink when I wiped after peeing, a bit more tired then usual, and it just feeling different during (like more sensitive internally). My last period was September 1st and I believe I ovulated around the 14th, does it sound like it could be it????
