Do you think all this cold weird weather is due to no more Nuke Tests underground now Iran is processing it?

Do you think all this cold weird weather is due to no more Nuke Tests underground and now Iran has finally produced Uranium and wants to sell it out, so a lot of countries that were testing it are stopping, even Korea, now that Iran has the jewels that run the Nuke plants and make the bombs! Testing has ceased and so we have a Nuclear winter, global warming could have been caused by the stopping of Nuke tests when Iran processed the nuke powder and is now making it available so now other countries stopped and will buy from Iran, then the real crap starts!!!! True?
