2004 or 2005 Lincoln Navigator?

Hi guys, I am planing to buy 2004 or 2005 Lincoln navigator, right know the mileage is 75k, I am just wondering its worth to spend money, how long it last i mean more than 100k. how is the resale value? i know its v8 how is the fuel consumption? Honest advise would be very helpful for me. Thanks.
